1. Provision of Google Ads and Meta Advertising Services
Retain helps businesses and agencies access and pay for Google Ads and Meta Ads in Naira Please be advised that Retain's current scope of services does not encompass the setup of ad campaigns or digital marketing consulting. 2. Our Pricing
Retain charges 5% of the ad budget. Additionally, a 7.5% VAT is included in the Google invoice and paid directly to Google. At the start of each month, we also calculate the regulatory charges imposed by Google on campaigns targeting other countries. These charges represent the cost of regulatory fees on advertising consumption from the previous month.
Prepayment is mandatory for assigning budgets to clients' ad accounts. Therefore, we do not fund ad account budgets on a post-payment basis.3. Operating Charges in Nigerian Naira accounts serving ads outside of Nigeria
Effective January 1, 2024, Google Ads accounts using Nigerian Naira as the payment currency will incur operating charges for ads served to users outside Nigeria. This new surcharge has been introduced by Google specifically for the Nigerian market. For further details, please read more here.
These "Operating Charges" will apply exclusively to expenses accrued from ad impressions or clicks by users outside Nigeria.
4. Clients Obligations
Clients must not transfer Google Ad Accounts out of the Google Ads Manager account assigned to them without explicit permission from the Retain team. Such requests should be sent to support@retaindigital.io or any other email address provided by a Retain team representative. Failure to comply will result in fines as determined by the Retain Finance and Legal team.
Clients are required to pay for any account budgets consumed beyond the prepaid amount if their account is over-funded by the Retain team. These obligations will be updated as necessary.5. Business Mastercard Users: Unlock 5% Savings on Ads with Dochase
- Advertisers who choose to make payments using their Business Mastercard will be eligible for a 5% rebate on the total amount paid.
- The aforementioned rebate will be applied specifically to the service fee charged by Dochase for the Meta Advertising services rendered.
- In order to utilize the Meta Advertising services, advertisers are required to make payments through the payment portal provided by Dochase.

- This Offer applies to all clients from the date of commencement of the offer and will not apply retroactively.
- Dochase reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the advertisers to regularly review the terms and conditions for any updates or changes.
6. Currency Arbitrage
Kindly note that Retain is not designed to facilitate currency arbitrage activities. Customers found engaging in such practices, which may pose a risk of suspension by our partners, such as Google, will be subject to suspension, and their deposits will not be refunded.
7. Refund Policy
We offer refunds if a client requests for their unspent cash to be paid to their bank accounts. However, we will require an Administrative Fee when calculating and executing these refunds.
